To enable Poweshiek County residents who are disabled to achieve a quality of life they desire by identifying consumer goals through a person centered approach, and funding services and supports to help meet their goals.
Central Point of Coordination (CPC):
The CPC office is the entry point for accessing county Mental Health funding for persons with disabilities. The CPC Administrator is responsible for monitoring all county Mental Health functions in Poweshiek County including intake, determining eligibility, service planning, and authorization of all Mental Health expenditures.
